4. About the MTP Exchange Marketplace
MTP Exchange provides digital infrastructure for tourism businesses, destination management companies, tour operators, agencies, distributors and customers to display services, manage availability, facilitate reservations and bookings, and integrate payment processing.
5. Role of the operator
The platform operator provides technology and marketplace infrastructure; tourism services are offered and delivered by independent sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, contracts for tourism services are between the customer and the relevant seller. Payments are processed through the seller’s payment-service-provider account, rather than collected into the platform operator’s own accounts.
6. Responsibility for content
Each seller is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency and legality of its descriptions, prices, availability, images and booking conditions. The operator remains responsible for its own content as required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Platform software, design, technical architecture, marks and original operator content are protected by intellectual-property law. Seller-supplied content remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
8. External links
External websites are managed by their respective operators, who are responsible for their content.
9. Consumer dispute resolution
MTP Exchange is committed to promoting transparency, fairness and responsible business practices across its global tourism marketplace.
MTP Exchange operates as a technology and marketplace platform connecting independent tourism service providers with customers. The contractual relationship for tourism products and services purchased through the platform is generally between the customer and the respective service provider.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers experiencing disputes relating to bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds or service delivery should first contact the relevant tourism service provider to seek an amicable resolution.
Where a dispute remains unresolved, MTP Exchange may, where appropriate, assist by facilitating communication between the parties. However, MTP Exchange does not act as an arbitrator and does not assume responsibility for the contractual obligations of independent service providers.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this statement limits or excludes consumers' rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Consumers retain the right to seek assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities, recognised dispute resolution bodies or competent courts, where applicable.
